Picking up food orders and the best ways to do so
Serving the food
Presenting bills and handling customers
Assisting guests with their departure
To equip employees within the F&B industry with the knowledge and skillsets to serve customers well that can be applied in their workplace.

An estimate of around 17.5 hours (2 days) is required for the full course, to ensure that students are sufficiently prepared to serve in the F&B industry.
To ensure that all students have sufficient time to learn and practice their skills, we have allocated 1 teacher per 20 students. (1:20)
